install Phylip Macos X

I already have EMBOSS installed on my machine and I 'm trying to install
PHYLIP on Mac OS X 10.2 but it cannot compile fine.

I've dowload the latest .tar.gz and unpacked it.

I get the following error when trying the ./configure command :

[PHYLIP-3.573c] root# ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/share/EMBOSS
configure: error: cannot find install-sh or install.sh in . ./.. ./../..

Does anyone have already had that problem ?
