primer3_core ???

Hello Guy,

When you build primer3 in the "src" directory, it definitely
creates the program as "primer3_core" in that directory. I have
installed it locally under the name "primer3" too (via a link),
as this is more obvious to commandline users. But the web interface
calls it under its original name.
