Hello,

What can be wrong if my MSE from BMBASSY can not
compile? I downloaded it and try to do 
make/make install/ and I am getting arrors like that:

Also there are processes running:

Another question about database specifications.
I created EMBOSS_DATA directory in 

/usr/local/EMBOSS-2.4.1/EMBOSS_DATA

and in emboss.defaults uncommented embl, gb, and some
other databases, but EMBOSS still use data only from
test databases tembl, tgb and so on.
Showdb - have all databases (test and newly added in a
list).
What other changes to emboss.defaults should i make?
