I disagree. The best thing is for it all to be in the standard
configure rather than having lots of different out-of-sync
EMBOSS versions out there. That's why I pointed Huruna in
the direction of the relevant tools (and added health warnings
of course). It does need to be done by someone with access to
the machines involved ... otherwise we'd have done it already.
