[EMBOSS] Segmentation fault RH5.2 + EMBOSS2.0.1

File handling was changed a while ago (as I remember) and I
can believe that combination of EMBOSS and operating system
would fail. You're best upgrading to EMBOSS 2.2.0 and RH7.2.
