Announcement: W2H version 4.0 released (EMBOSS-GUI)

Dear EMBOSSians,

I am pleased to announce a new release (4.0)
of "W2H - the WWW Interface to Sequence Analysis Software Tools".
 
This is the first release with support for EMBOSS, however the support
for the GCG package continues.
