GenBank, formatted by GCG had its accession numbers ignored by dbigcg. Other
dbigcg'd databases were unaffected. If you have a GCG'd GenBank then
re-run dbigcg on it after installing this release.

Terminating asterisk wildcard accession number queries are now implemented
for indexed databases. E.g. seqret "embl-acc:v0030*" is now a valid
query.

A crackdown on unused variables and memory leaks i.e. general code
spring-cleaning for new software/applications done.
