Extract subdirectory (Was: Re: tfm in EMBOSS 1.0.0 ??)

The extract subdirectory and lack of doc files has been fixed in
EMBOSS-1.0.2. Note that tfm is currently being modified to work
if a prefix is given to configure. At the moment tfm requires
a standard configuration.
