ajSeqTypeCheckS

Hello,

I was reading through the ajseqtype.c to find more explicit way to check 
sequence type for protein (other than ajSeqTypeAnyprotS) and found 
ajSeqTypeCheckS. This would be good function. Only seems to return ajTrue 
even if the check should fail. Code that would return ajFalse has been 
commented out. Why and what would be needed to do for it be uncommented?
