I have now improved the History section on the documentation of the applications (http://www.hgmp.mrc.ac.uk/Software/EMBOSS/Apps/index.html) by adding in the CVS log comments for the .c and .acd files. Some of the comments are very cryptic, but that is (probably) better than nothing. Gary
