EMBOSS programming guide

>From the next distribution a 35-page guide on how to program
EMBOSS applications will be included. In the interim I've
put this in  ftp://ftp.uk.embnet.org/pub/EMBOSS/patchfiles/program.ps.gz

Gary did the conversion to html which is on the website
  http://www.hgmp.mrc.ac.uk/Software/EMBOSS/Doc/Develop/program.html

It includes useful code segments in which I've probably made the
odd typo. Please sent any constructive comments/suggestions to me.
