Agreed in principle with Guy and David. Structures were nxt on the list. The interesting with structures is the nightmare of PDB parsing. My colleague, Jon Ison, has a PDB parser which he developed as part of his PhD. He's using it to create a clean PDB which we can hopefully release soon. He intends EMBOSSifying it. Alan
