[emboss-announce] mEMBOSS 6.2.0.1 available

mEMBOSS 6.0.2.1 is available from:

ftp://emboss.open-bio.org/pub/EMBOSS/windows/

It fixes a library problem that  prevented emma from
launching clustal. There are also a few minor updates.
