[DAS2] Crossposting to DAS and DAS/2 mailing lists

Hi everyone, just a reminder that we're in a transition period with folding
the DAS/2 mailing list back into the DAS list.  But it hasn't happened yet.
So please for now crosspost to both lists any posts that are of interest to
both.
