[DAS2] DAS intro

I thought about that, but the DAS/2.0 spec doesn't include any of those.
Perhaps be more definite instead and say this is DAS/2.0?

Or say "Other projects (link, link, link) extend DAS/2 to protein,
assay and ontology data sets."
