[DAS2] DAS/2 meeting pushed back to noon Pacific time

By popular demand I'm shifting the regular weekly DAS/2 grant meeting
today to noon Pacific time, to get around people's prior commitments.
Unless anyone strongly objects, we'll make noon the set time from now
on.
