Subject: New DAS2 specific aims

Please find attached a new draft of the specific aims for the DAS2
renewal, based on the discussion today. Suzi and I tried to figure out
who would write particular sections of the grant, but of course folks
should weigh in on rewording/reordering the aims and whether the
assignments should be changed.  This is just a starting point.
