[DAS2] Some revs to docs

Hi Folks,

I did some more work on the DAS2 spec over the holidays -- not as much 
as I hoped, but at least enough to give you more of an idea of what 
is coming in the writeback document.  Please CVS update at your 
convenience.

I also regularized the content types a bit so that the compact docs 
have a similar content type syntax to the xml docs.
