[DAS2] DAS/2 spec online

To make it easy to get the latest version of the DAS/2 spec, I posted it on
biodas.org:

There¹s also a link to it in the left side bar of biodas.org.

How do folks feel about this? At some point, we can send an announcement
about it to the main DAS list. It might make sense to wait until we feel the
client and server code bases are fit for public consumption, and we set up a
public DAS/2 server that people can use for testing.

The above URL for the spec will always contain the latest version that¹s in
cvs -- I set up a cronjob that will run a daily cvs update on it. Would have
been nice to use viewCVS, but the links to the ³get² and ³put² documents are
broken:
