[DAS] Dalliance: a new genome DAS client

If you want the application to be able to access the 1.53 X-DAS headers I think you also need:
Access-Control-Expose-Headers: X-DAS-Version, X-DAS-Server, X-DAS-Status, X-DAS-Capabilities
(see my previous mail to the list).

In DAS 1.6, there are some client headers too, which would require handling of the CORS preflight request (again, see my previous mail).
