[DAS] (ldas) How to setup reference data of load file for an annotation server?

hi,all

I want to setup an annotation server include some ESTs,exons and their
genomic position, I want to show annotation on ensembl web site(in contig
view), but i have no idea about how to setup [references] area (entry
points?) in load file. should I reference to entry points of map master?
or just setting it in my own way (chromosome,contig..etc..)?
