[DAS] Odd behaviour at Sanger install

In some testing of the types command, I went against the Sanger Center's
install to cross check.  What I found suprised me.

The request http://servlet.sanger.ac.uk:8080/das/ens_anoph_dros_5_1/types
returned a list of types pretty much what I expected.  However,
http://servlet.sanger.ac.uk:8080/das/ens_anoph_dros_5_1/types?segment=2L
returned types that weren't listed in the first query.  My reading of the
spec implies that the second query should return a strict subset of the
first.  Am I missing something?
