[DAS] If all DAS query must fit into single URL only, the length of it is limited. At least POST is required.

Using URL as a query is very like the GET method in the web forms. The web
programmers know that using this limits the length of the query data: no
server will support the URL that is, say, 4000 characters in length - and
this means that DNA, RNA and protein sequences cannot be easily submitted to
DAS server.

If not to use SOAP or something similar, I suggest to accept the standard,
allowing DAS server to receive the requests using POST method. This is the
way how the problem of sequence submission is solved for the ordinary
servers.
