[DAS] Sample DAS Queries

As part of my DAS research, I have put together a
small web site with sample DAS queries.  I found it
very useful to have all the sample queries together in
one spot, and I thought that others new to DAS might
also find this helpful.

I have examples from four DAS servers:  Ensembl, UCSC,
TIGR, and Max Planck.  For each server, I have
indicated the DAS Version implemented, provided a copy
of the X-DAS capabilities header, and have included
several examples.
