[DAS] contig coordinates

Hello,

I am trying to map contig coordinates (e.g. NT-004488) onto BUILD 29
in order to retrieve LocusLink actual sequence.
Is there an easy way to query homo_sapiens_core to get those coordinates?
I noticed gaps in the mapping of NT_004488 in static-golden_path.

What would be the right way to approach this problem?
