[DAS] Opening Ports and security Issues?

Also, the new Bio::Das library allows you to fetch DAS data via web proxies.  
I'm sure Dazzle does too.

DAS clients should work anywhere outgoing web connections 
do, and that DAS servers work anywhere that web servers can run.
