[DAS] Bio Das install

I was using libwww-perl-5.63 but when I downgrade to libwww-perl-5.5394
things seem to work. I wrote a test script from the documentation of
Bio::Das and things seem to work fine now. But check on libwww-perl-5.63
because Bio::Das doesn't seem to work with that.
