[DAS] OmniGene-2 released on sourceforge

Hello all,

	I have released our restructuring, repackaging, and refactoring of
OmniGene. This was a major effort by the team that makes the code base
much easier to use and find software of interest. I've also released an
early beta of our analysis engine. I've written an install doc and to go
with it. You can find all this on our sourceforge site at:

	omnigene.sf.net
