Brian King is maintaining AGAVE on what I would guess is one of his 
personal servers. The URL that I found in one of his previous emails is 
http://www.animorphics.net/lifesci.html

The website does not seem to cover what happens to the IP issues 
relating to the DTD now that DoubleTwist is defunct.
