Sounds interesting. Can you perhaps elaborate on what do you have in
mind? GenomeKnowledgeBase, which is a joint "venture" between CSHL
(Lincoln et al) and EBI (Ewan et al) will be "handling" pathways. It is
open, hopefully extensible, but not "distributed" or having "web-service
architecture", at least for the moment.
