[DAS] Question on orientation on entry_points

Hello...

I'm wondering if someone can clarify what the orientation attribute on
the <SEGMENT> element under <ENTRY_POINTS> means?  The docs say it
indicates the strandedness of the segment, but I'm not exactly sure what
this means.

Can anyone clarify?

BTW, how does one subscribe to this mailing list?  I've stried sending
an e-mail to majordomo@alpha1.ebi.ac.uk with 'subscribe das' in the
body, and it returned with "subscribe: unknown list 'das'."  Is there a
