Your doing fine, if you mean by the human sequence, viewing it through
Ensembl (http://www.ensembl.org/)
follow the documentation as you have at:
http://www.biodas.org/servers/
and then most importantly read:

http://www.ensembl.org/Dev/Lists/das/msg01056.html
