[DAS] A partial das server list is here

I added a very partial list of das servers here:

I know that there are at least half a dozen more out there but I dont know
the urls. **Please can you let me know if there is a das server out there
that is not on the list**

For example what is the url for the fly reference server?

I will like to get this in a table format some time in the future but for
now I guess this is OK.

The list will be updated on a weekend basis
