For monitoring the Biopython wiki I find it useful to subscribe to the
RSS/Atom feed for the recent changes page, in this case:
http://www.biosql.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges

e.g. http://www.biosql.org/w/index.php?title=Special:RecentChanges&feed=rss

Of course, that's not very helpful if you don't already use a newsreader.
