[BioSQL-l] Having problems installing BioSQL on Mac 10.5

First thing to check is that MySQL is correctly installed. Is there a
'mysql' program in the following location:

  /usr/local/mysql-5.1.35-osx10.5-x86/bin

Secondly, type the following command in your shell:
  echo $PATH

and see if it includes the path to your MySQL installation.

In either case what you've got here is not a problem with BioSQL, but
with the MySQL installation process. Your best place to ask for help in
this respect would be the MySQL support pages or mailing lists.
