[BioSQL-l] bioperl-db works against the biosql HEAD

I just committed fixes to bioperl-db that adapt the PostgreSQL driver 
modules to the latest revision of the biosql-schema (which is quite 
close to freeze point, some cosmetic changes may be still coming 
though). I adapted the MySQL-specific driver modules yesterday already.

Both pass all tests on my test box, so if someone wants to give it a 
try, the functionality that was there before the Singapore changes 
should be back.

For those who are not on biosql-l, I implemented 'rules' in the 
Postgres version of the schema that should now provide for 
full-featured support for running biosql under Pg. As for what the 
tests are worth, they all pass without complaints.

Note that the Oracle support is still trailing, as not even that schema 
is up to speed with the Singapore changes. It's going to come soon 
though.
