* shouldn't bioentry_dbxref.rank be NOT NULL DEFAULT 0?

* dbxref_qualifier_value: is it for storing things like
DR   EMBL; M29954; AAA18217.1; -.
and
RX   MEDLINE=94143497; PubMed=8310077;
?
