[BioSQL-l] latest versions for bioperl-db biosql-schema ?

For a project I'm working on I want to use bioperl-db. I've installed
the following

 bioperl 1.2.1
 MySQL 4.0.12

 bioperl-db and biosql-schema as they can be downloaded from the web cvs
 server (is there a more official distribution ?).

'make test' is failing on t/comment.t (and others). I've (mostly) debugged the
problem, but before going deeper into it, I want to be sure I'm looking
at the latest version.
