[BioSQL-l] bioperl-db branching off

I've got a rudimentary set of adaptors rewritten and working in my 
new design, and to take better advantage of revision control as I 
said earlier I'm going to branch off the existing bioperl-db and 
then commit to the HEAD.

Note that for a while after the branching most people will _not_ 
want to use the HEAD revision, as it's not fully functional, and 
many tests don't pass yet (although some do). (I guess the singapore 
folks will want to take note of this.) I'll announce what I've done 
and what works already in a separate email.

If you have pending modifications to the HEAD, please commit them 
_now_, or commit to the branch later (if you accidentally commit to 
the HEAD, you'll most likely get an error from CVS saying it can't 
merge in your changes). The branch tag name is going to be the same 
as on biosql and bioperl-live: bioperl-release-1-1-0.
