[BioSQL-l] bioentry.division

I believe this is really specific to a bioentry which is a sequence, 
and doesn't pertain to a generic base class-like notion of bioentry. 
(BTW Bio::PrimarySeqI doesn't have division(), not even Bio::SeqI 
has this.)

I propose therefore to move that column to biosequence.

Of course, this would only happen on the HEAD.
