[BioSQL-l] Biosequence primary key

Biosequence has its own primary key even though the FK to bioentry 
is an identifying FK (i.e., a UK at the same time).

I propose to remove the separate PK and make the FK to bioentry the 
primary key.

This simplifies handling of Biosequence in the adaptors because 
there is no separate PK to keep track of anymore.

Does anyone have a problem with me making this change? This change 
would necessitate according changes in the different adaptors. 
Again, I'll take care of the bioperl adaptors.
