The only code that relies on the FK constraints being enforced is 
the one that deletes. If you want to bulk load and delete at the 
same time, disabling the FK constraints is not the best idea, but 
load & delete in bulk is not going to be fast anyway.

When did those cease to exist? I've still got 500+100 lira coins, 
but for anything less in exchange I got only sweets :-))
