[BioRuby] OBF Code of Conduct

Hello all,

The Open Bioinformatics Foundation would like to get feedback from the
BioRuby community about a proposed OBF-wide Code of Conduct.  This
would cover in-person events such as BOSC and CoFest as well as online
activities of the OBF member projects like BioRuby.  The following links have
