  I just pushed GenomicHDT to Rubygems. Can you please manually add https://rubygems.org/gems/genomichdt — because I (again) did not use the “bio-“ prefix for the biogem.

  This is the stuff we did at the last BioHackathon. I am getting back to it at the moment and we might develop it a tad further for RDF archiving/sharing purposes.
