[BioRuby] Travis-CI & bundler problem

Hello,

  I am currently experiencing an annoying problem on Travis-CI. I made a code change to my BioGem and two tests are failing now. Those tests should not be affected by my code change at all. In fact, when I run rspec locally, every test just passes fine.

  Googling revealed that it is a Travis-CI problem in regards to bundler, but no workarounds have been offered yet. Does anyone have similar problems and found a solution to it?

  The particular error I get is:

SystemStackError:
stack level too deep
