[BioRuby] Discontiguous Megablast from BioRuby

Hi everyone,

I would like to perform a discontiguous megablast against a local blast database using Bio::Blast.
As I understand, BioRuby 1.4.1 uses blastall from the legacy blast toolkit. This version does not support dc-megablast although I could be mistaken.
Is it possible to perform a dc-megablast from BioRuby? Is there a way to call blastn from the new blast+ toolkit?
