[Biopython] [Contributing to BioPython] Starting steps

Hello Damianos,

This mailing list is usually quiet, but you can get more idea of what
people are working on or needing help with from the GitHub repository -
particularly the open pull requests and issues. Some of the issues have
been tagged with labels like "good first issue" and "help wanted" which
might be the best place to start:

Often one of the first contributions people make is to the documentation -
perhaps fixing a typo, or suggesting something needs clarifying.

Hopefully you will be using some parts of Biopython in your work, and
naturally develop an interest in how those areas work and what might be
improved to help your usage - and hopefully be useful to other people.
