[Biopython] Biopython Project Update 20019, was: [Bosc-announce] BOSC 2019 Call for Abstracts

Thank you to everyone who gave feedback privately or
in person in Basel. I'm going to practice the timings to see
just how tight things are, but thus far no one has pointed
out any omissions.

I will be posting the slides to the BOSC collection on F1000.
