[Biopython] Biopython and Twitter followers

Howdy,

I'm less concerned about following individuals now, than I was.  It was a
new mode of communication to me, and I might have been being a bit
oversensitive to some comments on [bip] and blogs ;)  Whatever makes the
community happy is fine by me so, as long as we don't end up looking like a
Masonic cult, I think following individuals is fair game.
