Hi again,

I seems no one on the mailing list has any suggestions, which
is a shame. It looks like you will need to investigate how to
work with these database from Python yourself (as there is
nothing in Biopython for this yet).

If you can solve this, please post back so your advice can be
recorded on the mailing list for future searches. Perhaps you
might even develop some code to share?
